Total Focus Cleaning are a Australia’s industry leaders and most popular cleaning services. Some of Australia’s most respected brands rely on Total Focus to present their sites to the highest standards required to maintain their reputation as leaders in their respective markets.
Their tracking and compliance management are afforded by their innovative intranet system. This intranet operates as a Quality Management System which is compliant and certified with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 Standard.
The Problem
We were requested to take over ownship of the intranet as their existing developer was moving on. There were also some issues within the code that required immediate attention.
As with all industries, changes need to be made to continue to maintain the high standards that are required to be compliant.
The Solution
We migrated the environment onto a more modern setup that included some redundancies and DevOps deployment processes. This helped us to ensure that we could roll out updates as quickly as possible.
We continuously update the entire application to ensure that it is as secure as possible, accessible 100% of the time and to implement new features.
