In the unlikely event that this happens, we all say "Oh shit!" then we knuckle down. Firstly, we'll find out how they got in and then restore a backup that doesn't contain malicious files. Then we patch the problem so it can't happen again.

Why would it need to stop? You're not locked into any contracts though, cancel anytime.

We do require at least 2 days notice before the next billing date to cancel your subscription though.

We do have a performance optimisation package that will allow us to go through and audit your website and come up with a specific list of improvements relating to your website. We find a lot of improvements come down to the hosting provider and how they're setup. Our Managed Hosting gives us this control and we usually see a huge performance improvement by upgrading the host.

If you keep your existing hosting, we can still improve the customer facing WordPress experience by optimising the required parts in the audit. This happens regardless of what hosting provider you have.
