2. Discovery Workshop. We perform a detailed assessment of requirements before creating a plan for your software project. This includes a cost–benefit analysis, fixed-cost quote and Statement of Works written in plain English. On completion and contract signing, this is where formal engagement occurs.
3. Development and QA. We tailor an expert team of Developers, a Project Manager, Business Analyst, UX Designer and Quality Assurance (QA) Testers. Clients have the opportunity to test software iteratively throughout the development cycle.
4. Launch and QA. We’ll test the solution collaboratively and deploy the solution with high performance cloud app hosting, initiating the warranty period. User training is available if required.
5. Support and Maintenance. We keep your software current, deal with any issues, add new features, and ensure functionality supports changes in your business.
